Estonia will go to the polls on 6 March 2011, to elect the 101 members of the country’s unicameral parliament (the Riigikogu) for the next four years.

Fifteen Estonian citizens living permanently or temporarily in Hungary used the opportunity to cast vote at the Estonian Embassy in Budapest on the 20th and 21st of February. On the 28th of February we also offered the facilities for electronic voting.
Altogether in Estonia there were 140 846 e-voters (15.5%).
One of them was Raul Toomas, Third Secretary of Estonian Embassy in Budapest.
